My fascination with real estate began in 1997 when I was an Italian exchange student. With my extended family steeped in construction and development in New York and Seattle, I quickly found myself drawn to the industry that would eventually shape my career.
After relocating to the United States, I began my journey in Boston, spending three years in the corporate world. But it was the desert that captured my heart from the very first visit. The winters I spent here with my family were a beautiful contrast to the beach town in southern Italy I grew up in, yet they carried a sense of familiarity that was hard to ignore. The splendid olive trees lining the golf courses, the fig trees on my family’s property, the calm lifestyle and even the earthy aroma of desert plants, all felt like home long before it officially was. Now as a cultural connector, I find true joy in welcoming others to this special place, helping them uncover the charm and spirit that make this desert so captivating.
In the early 2000s, with the guidance of one of my uncles, I dove headfirst into residential development. After the economic downturn, I expanded my expertise by founding a concrete company, which oversaw significant projects that have since become landmarks in the area. It was during one of these projects that I met my husband, a modernist architect recognized for his sustainable designs. While we each pursued our own professional paths, our shared passion for architecture has deeply influenced my approach to real estate, blending my practical expertise with a love for beautiful architecture and interior spaces. This unique perspective enables me to help clients fully appreciate the potential of their properties within the stunning desert landscape.
Over the past 20+ years, I have built strong relationships with a network of local contractors and craftsmen whose expertise I trust to help clients prepare their homes for the market. Whether it’s making strategic enhancements or ensuring the property is presented in the best possible light, my connections enable me to offer comprehensive support that makes a significant difference in the selling process.
In my personal life, I channel my creativity through my many passions from live theater, to opera, fashion design, Mediterranean cooking, and gardening. I also volunteer at Eisenhower Medical Center and I am involved with several charities. I feel fortunate that I have shaped a life where my joy and passions naturally deepen the connection I share with my clients.
